This still remains a limited delivery service due to Covid-19. Orders can be booked via telephone, email, messenger or on our social media platforms. Our delivery times and days are also restricted so we can limit the amount of time that our team are on the road. Our team will be wearing a mask for their safety and yours.

Here at Doctor Bobs Balloon Studio, 91 High Street, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan we offer a safe and friendly contactless click and collect service for all of our wonderful balloon creations!

Ordering has never been better, with our new Balloon delivery service!
Just follow our easy step by step instructions below.
Don’t see something that is “Unique” enough for you
Just let us know and we will create the bespoke design for your recipient or your event. If you can’t find what you are looking for and want something extra ordinary… we will endeavour to do our best to find it for you.

Step 1: Explore our online catalogue, and select one of our designs from our vast range of bouquets.
Step 2: Make a note of the name, Give us a call on 01446 730780 or 07967402698 or WhatsApp.
Or Contact us via our Email or Social media and one of staff members will help you with your order.
Step 3: Once you have placed your order, our team will arrange to have it all booked for the agreed date and time.
Step 4: You can return here to the Website and make payment using the following payment link: PAYPAL
Alternatively, we can send you a link to pay contactless with your debit or credit card or you can call into the store to pay, also using contactless payment.
Please note - Your order will not be delivered until a payment has been received in full.
Step 5: We will then give you confirmation of the collection date and time you have selected.
You will also receive advice on how to enjoy and care for your balloons responsibly prior to and upon collection, depending on your method of booking.
Step 6: Your creation will be delivered between 10.00am – 4.00pm.
If you know you are going to be unavailable between these times, please notify us upon booking. Please note, we will only attempt to deliver once.
Step 7: Your order is then created on the day for you.
Delivery:
A member of the team will knock the door or ring your doorbell (as requested) on arrival then step away from the door leaving the balloon delivery outside the door.
A photo will be taken of the balloon on the doorstep as a confirmation of delivery, as no signature will be required.
A member of the team will then wait at the vehicle or at the end of the drive (always over 2 metres away) until you have collected the balloons from outside your door.
Collection:
Please arrive at the specified time of your collection.
Your order will be bagged ready for collection and a member of our team will advise you on your order where needed.
